Guaraná (Paullinia cupana) is one of the Amazon's most potent natural energizers — a climbing vine native to the Maués and Andirá rivers of Brazil, where the Sateré-Mawé people have cultivated and used it as sacred food and medicine for centuries. The seeds of the guaraná fruit contain nearly twice the caffeine of a coffee bean, alongside theobromine and theophylline — a combination that creates a sustained, smooth energy without the abrupt spike and crash of coffee.
The Sateré-Mawé call guaraná waraná and consider it a gift from their forest ancestor. In their tradition, guaraná is grated by hand on the dried tongue of the Pirarucu fish and mixed with water to make a ceremonial drink consumed for focus, vitality, and endurance. Our guaraná is sourced directly from this tradition — whole seeds or powder, minimally processed, maintaining the full compound profile of the natural fruit.

How to Use
Add 1 teaspoon of guaraná powder to water, juice, or a smoothie. Can be added to cacao, coffee, or herbal tea. Start with a small amount — guaraná is strong. Avoid in the evening as it will affect sleep.
